Propag8 Capital allows participation in real estate investment with a minimum amount of R1000, making investment accessible to all.

A one-time charge of up to 1% on the investment amount is applicable, with 100% of the returns and capital appreciation going to the investor. 

Propag8 Capital is developing a reporting platform for 100% transparency, including insights into property management and asset performance metrics.

Liquidity is managed by qualified analysts and actuaries, with investment terms ranging from 1 to 5 years. Real estate returns are maximized over medium to long term.

We will launch with an FSP 1 license and adhere to regulations by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa, National Credit Regulator (NCR), and South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA).
